Massage and bodywork are means to align mind, body and spirit.
My massage and bodywork influences are Chinese Five-Element Shiatsu, Reiki, Qi-Gong, Reflexology and Polarity. The goal of my massage work is for each client to re-center themselves, coming away with a renewed connection to their own healing resources.I do massage work with presence and my intention is nurturing and healing. My clients tell me that they leave the session feeling very relaxed.
